Costs of a TISAX certification
Costs of a TISAX certification
The duration and cost of TISAX certification depend on several factors, particularly the size of the company, the existing IT and security structure, and the required protection level (e.g., “Confidential”, “Strictly Confidential”, or “Very High Availability”).
In many companies, numerous technical and organizational security measures already exist. However, what is often missing is a structured framework in which these measures are systematically documented and managed. A key component of preparation is therefore the introduction or further development of an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
The costs typically consist of four components:
Costs for the audit provider conducting the official TISAX assessment
Costs for registration in the TISAX portal
Internal implementation effort
External consulting effort, if internal capacities are insufficient

The actual effort depends heavily on the initial situation. Companies with already well-structured IT and security processes often require significantly fewer adjustments than organizations building a systematic security management system for the first time.
As part of a Fit-Gap Workshop, we analyze your company’s current status together with you and develop a concrete action plan. Based on this, we can provide a much more precise estimate of the required time and measures.
This gives you a realistic roadmap for achieving your TISAX label – transparent, structured, and without unnecessary complexity.
