How does a TISAX certification work?
Three steps to your successful TISAX certification with InShield Consulting:
Fit-Gap-Workshop
We organize an on-site Fit-Gap Workshop to jointly assess your current situation and develop an action plan that leads to a successful TISAX audit.
Audit-Preparation
(Based on the results of the Fit-Gap Workshop) We support and advise you in implementing the tasks from the action plan according to the selected consulting model (Basic, Standard, or Premium). Registration in the TISAX portal and selection of the audit provider We handle the registration in the TISAX portal (ENX) and support you in selecting the appropriate audit provider.
Audit
During the audit, we accompany and support you and assist in answering the auditor’s questions.
After a successful audit, the implemented processes and procedures should continue to be applied and further optimized through continuous improvement. TISAX certification is valid for three years, and we recommend conducting at least annual internal reviews. This ensures that all required documentation is available for the follow-up audit after three years. InShield Consulting is happy to support you in conducting these annual reviews.
